      After I uploaded a PowerPoint presentation (.PPT), the resolution was very low. Is this common?

      If a particular .PPT is giving you resolution issues, we recommend converting it to .PDF first.

      Note: converting a PowerPoint presentation to .PDF format also tends to resolve any font compatibility issues you might experience.
