Our Content Library allows you to upload files so you may share them with meeting participants in real-time. A commonly-used file format is .mp4, and many of our users wish to upload these files to the content library.
However, uploading this file type might not be your best option. MP4 files have a tendency to be large in size. If you're interested in sharing an MP4 file in a future session, we highly recommend that you share any MP4 video files through Vimeo or YouTube to avoid any upload issues due to size.
Using Vimeo or Youtube in a live session will enable you to take advantage of their distribution networks. You'll also avoid worrying about max size issues and be able to upload other vital files onto your Content Library.
