Uploading a file
Once inside a meeting, follow these steps to upload a file to your content library:
- Click on the
button from your options toolbar on the left-hand side of your screen.
- Click the
button.
- Click the
button.
- Select the file you wish to upload from the browser dialog and hit the Open button.
This will send the file to our converters to prepare them for rendering in the meeting.
Wait for the conversion to complete, click the green "Done" button, and you will see the file now available in your content library.

Sharing a file
Once you have uploaded a file to your content library, you can now share it with your audience in a meeting by following the next steps:
- Go to the content library and double-click the file you wish to share. The file will now open inside the Whiteboard feature. You'll have access to all whiteboard tools—for more information about these tools, click here.
- Once you've finished sharing, click the X button at the top right of the document viewer.

Note: speakers can also share and unshare content with other speakers within a session. Check out this article for instructions on how to use this feature.
Enabling downloads
Once you have shared a file with the audience through the content library, you'll see an option to enable the download function for the audience by clicking on the lock icon.
