A powerful feature in Digital Samba is the ability to ask and answer questions in-meeting.
To use this feature as a speaker, start by clicking on the questions icon on the left-hand menu bar.
- You will be able to see all the questions that the audience asks you. To answer them, click on the question. The question you’ve selected will stand out while all other questions dim a bit.
- You will be able to write your answer below—and reply anonymously should you wish to.
- Want to interact even more with your audience? You have several different options available for each answer. To use these, click on the three dots … that appear when hovering over the question. You will have the chance to request a vote, queue for a live answer, edit or delete.

Quick Tip: a mobile user with permission to answer questions can create and edit Q&As, make all questions public, and give a Live Answer to a question that was asked.
Request a vote:
By clicking on this, you can start a vote related to these questions with other audience members. You’ll see the number change when audience members cast their votes. You can also order your questions by most recent, answered, unanswered, and queued for live answer.
Export the "questions and answers" history:
Both Speaker and Audience can export all questions and answers from a session.
At the top of the Questions panel, click on the three dots … on the top right-hand side. You can export Q&As as a .txt, .pdf, or .csv formatted file.
Important: remember to export the questions and answers history BEFORE ending the session. Once you end the session, the questions and answers history will be cleared, and we are unable to help you retrieve these later.
