Public pages in recurring sessions

Want to display upcoming recurring sessions—including links, dates, and times—on a public page? Great idea: your users will be able to view a schedule, register for upcoming sessions, or even join a current session. Here's what this sort of public schedule looks like:

To set up this feature, follow these steps when creating or editing a recurring meeting:

  1. Check the  box
  2. Copy the URL in red. This is the link for the public page that you can send to your participants.
  3. Hit save or add to the schedule.
