My meeting invites are not being delivered

We are committed to ensuring successful email delivery when sending session invites. To guarantee a positive user experience, we use SendGrid—a robust and secure means of delivering platform emails. 

However, we do recommend that you double-check any invites before sending them. Please note that your invite delivery might fail due to the presence of the following items: 

1. Simple typos in invited guest email addresses 

2. Using URL shorteners such as in customized invites. 

Quick Note: Some email providers might identify URL shorteners as having potentially malicious links and tend to block emails containing them, sending them to Spam inboxes.
