Moving Custom Role participants to Audience or Speaker role

There may be situations where your participants might need to be moved from their Custom Role to a Speaker or Audience member role. If you need to provide them with different permissions in session, you can easily move them through these roles: 

1. Click on the Participants icon in the left-hand menu bar. 

2. Look for the name of the custom role participant you'd like to make a speaker or audience member. If you need to search for a participant, you can do so with the built-in search bar at the top of the panel.

3. Hover over the participant's name and click the ellipsis (...) next to their name. 

4. Select the Move to speaker or Move to audience options.
