      Is it possible to have a custom background for my video stream?

      Yes, if you've enabled the virtual background feature as part of your service plan, users can upload their own background images at any time during the session.

      For an optimal custom virtual background, we recommend using an image with 16:9 proportions. Digital Samba supports both PNG and JPG files with a maximum size of 16 MB. Click here for more information on our virtual background beta feature. 

      Note: Applying a custom background to your video in Digital Samba can cause latency issues in certain situations (i.e. low system memory on your device or low bandwidth)
