Hosts and participants can both mark up presentations and comment right within a Digital Samba meeting. During a session, a speaker can grant presentation permission to a participant. This will allow the participant to use the whiteboard and control presentations.
To grant presentation permission, please follow these steps:
- Click the Participants icon
– find your audience member in the list. - Click the … beside their name and select the Give presentation permission option. Once access is granted, users can access the content library and control a presentation during a session.
- After the whiteboard icon appears on the menu on the left-hand side, the audience member can click on it to access the whiteboard.
Note: A presentation icon 
will appear next to the audience member’s name.
To remove presentation permission:
- Once the audience member finishes a presentation, you can revoke their presentation permission by clicking ... beside their name and selecting Remove presentation permission.
