Can I customize the email that participants receive? For example: To send an invitation to the participants in my language?

Yes. Our PRO, HI-DEF, EVENTS and POWER plans include an “Advance Options” button that allows you to personalize the content of an invitation email. If you have a PRO plan (or any other higher plan), please follow the next steps:

1) When creating the meeting, please go to the bottom of the page and click on “Advance Options” (only available for our PRO, HI-DEF, EVENTS and POWER plans):

2) Please click on the “Send Invitations” tab:

3) Click on the box that says “Send a customized invitation email”:

4) After the “Send a customized invitation email” box is marked, a new field will show up below. This field will allow you to remove/edit the content of the original invitation email. (You will be able to remove the original content in English and write the email content in your own language)

5) You can also create a first and second reminder emails and personalize them as well by selecting the options you will find below. You can even attach file to those emails:

6) After you already made all changes, please click on “Save”. At the time you click on “Save”, the first invitation email will be sent (unless you personalized this option for the email to be sent at a specific time before the event):
