I am an administrator of ESL customers and I receive emails with technical feedback. Why am I getting these kind of emails?

Administrators of Enterprise Server Licenses (ESL) might receive emails with technical information. They receive this information every time one of their users decide to submit technical feedback from within the system.

If you own an Enterprise Server License (ESL), you can tell from the URL that you received a message particular to your server by the "sessionLink" information that will be listed on the email content. It should contain a URL link that will show that the incident ocurred your server. For example: "sessionLink = (the session link related with your server will show up here)".

Emails with technical information/feedback include the following data:

Erreur 5013
firstName = Guest
lastName =
email =
username = null
language = en-US
country = null
sessionLink =
