Is it possible to have voice and video quality issues due to an overload in OnSync's servers?

This should not be an issue, our servers always have plenty of spare capacity. You can view details on your connection to our server inside a session by hovering your mouse over the top right corner of the OnSync interface. There, a square changes colours depending on the quality of your connection. When you hover over it, your latency, upload and download rates will be shown.
