Why do I keep getting an error message when trying to activate the API?

If you have a FREE account, your account won't have the API enabled. Therefore you will get an error message.

Only certain paid accounts - starting with the PRO account - include the API service. You can view the various account options here:

If you currently subscribed to one of these plans, please contact us thorugh our Support Ticket System, so we can activate the API on your account. For security reasons, we activate the API manually upon request.
