One of the best features of the OnSync software is that all components, namely video, audio, chat, files, etc are recorded. You will not be able to distinguish between a live session and a recording. It is our constant endeavour to ensure a smooth and error-free experience for our customers.
We do provide an embed code for both live sessions and recorded sessions so that you can embed them in a webpage and access them quickly.
We try to create a fair model that allows those users that do not use a lot of recordings (which take a lot of space on our server hard disk) and those that do use a lot both to have a pricing model that fits their usage. 1. Open a recording by clicking its title from your Account Center. 2. At the top right of a recording you will see a cogwheel icon which opens a Menu. You will see the various sharing options there.
There is no expiry. You can manually delete a recording at any time or change the password to disallow access.
Yes, you can share a recording without having to invite anyone to it. The password is the same for all users, or you can turn the password off entirely and allow anonymous access so that customers can access the recording without passing through the login page.

Flash player currently has a known issue that impedes offline playback in the Safari browser. This issue is known to Adobe (makers of Flash player) and we are actively monitoring whether it is being resolved. The recommended work around is to use Chrome, Firefox, Opera or another browser to view offline recordings.
